Large Thoth - how to avoid the "greenie" version
I think the chance of getting a greenie from a first hand seller, i.e Amazon or the Book Depository is virtually 0%.
You don't find them anymore except on ebay and they're more expensive by dint of being vintage. Unless they have gone back into production again for some bizarre reason.
It is worth repeating that some people think greenie, see the large green box and think "ooh, that must be a greenie". A Thoth in a green box is not a greenie. I have a few greenies but one of my most gently green one has ended up being a favourite. Can't put my finger on why... Certainly not the greenness, it's something else. The card stock maybe, the sheer gentleness of hue...
