Okay,
Here is a woman, who is thinking about having a baby, she is not pregnant yet because there is one card inbetween the stork and child, the fox, which means that her plans to get pregnant may not be universally welcomed. If she does get pregnant, it could involve moving house, because perhaps the home/dwelling she is in is too small for a family.

I would say that the querent has changed their thinking in relation to a woman that used to live in his/her house. If there was a relationship with this woman, then it could even be, that she has tricked you by pretending to be pregnant. Well, she may actually be pregnant but perhaps the father of the baby is not who she claims it to be.
