What resources would a tarot reader have had for reading the TdM around 1800?

Would there have been books of meanings?
If so are any still extant?

- For the majors, the speculations of the Court de Gébelin and the Comte de Meillet.

- Etteilla borrowed heavily from those two. His full system revolves around the use of his own deck, the first redesigned, esoteric deck made specifically for divination; and

- Etteilla is also one of the major witnesses for 52 card or 32-card (piquet) standard playing card divination, which could also be mapped onto the Tarot minors.
