I don't recall one; my database doesn't MENTION one, but when I get back to the UK next week, I will actually look.

I've taken delivery of it today and I went from being excited to being concerned when I opened the box and there was no LWB...phew!!

Oh you have it ! Well then - it is so lovely that you don't CARE, right ? But I will look when I get back, just the same. (and thanks for mentioning it; looking at my database reminded me of the wonderful store where I bought it - now closed for ever Magickal Childe, New York. SO much missed....

I do have a booklet - though it would NEVER have fit in the box - it's tall. But even so, it's worth having the deck....
