As I interpret it, Moon as feelings shows an unconscious 'draw' toward the person, a kind of 'tug' that is somewhat unsettling. Perhaps a touch unnerving. Either the feelings themselves are an unknown quantity (new to the querent), or, the person toward whom these feelings are directed is an unknown quantity. Also, the querent may in some way distrust the feelings they are having toward the other person. Perhaps they perceive that 'everything is not as it appears to be' about the other person.
The Star as feelings toward another person seems quite straightforward. There is a high degree of hoping, wishing, looking toward a healing as well as a spiritual connection.
The combination of the two cards is rather ethereal... the night is a big part of these feelings... possibly fantasising and dreaming going on. Astrologically it feels quite Neptunian... music, romance, illusions, longing and yearning...

It may be difficult for this person to make the first step or to fulfill its dreams. I think it will need some patience and tact to really connect with it.
