There is apparently a Umhlanga Tarot from South Africa.
It is 78 images by made by R. Joch Mills in 1982. It is shown in Kaplan's Volume III, but as often with Kaplan he includes items which were never published, indeed were often commissioned by him, or gifted to him for consideration of publication.
Kaplan can be so damn frustrating as he uses lots of euphemisms to hide the fact that only one set of original designs exists. Here he hides behind the phrase "designed in 1982".
