Suggestions Please! Cataract surgery and sprained ankle

I need immediate help, had a catarat removed 11 days ago have only blurred limited vision as a piece of my own old lens is still in the eye, I cannot handle with this situation Dr. states a laser procedure maybe on the list.
I have had a nasty fall due to limited vision and now to add to the drama have a badly swollen ankle,
None of my usual aids re mediation positive affirmatives visualisation are working for me, I am tramaised to the max. my whole world/lifestyle is beyond me
