the sun, justice and the wheel of fortune are all good cards...
the sun would indicate a healthy baby(boy probably) while the justice card indicates that they destined to have one and will have one since the wheel of fortune says it will take time the tides are changing they need to be patient....and since you mentioned that they are already trying i would say need to wait (for say appx 6 months) and good things will ahppen

Justice could indicate twins, as could the Sun, and I would have thought that if the Wheel came up, the pregnancy or the babyhood would not be without its problems. But that's just me.

There is a time and a place for dowsing pendulums, too. I have a nice piece of rutilated quartz on a length of wool.
