I'm skipping ahead to a more interactive exercise in Dusty's book (page 36).
While he encourages people to do this one at first with just the Minor Arcana, he says you can use the majors. As some have been chomping at the bit to use them, I'm going to suggest we include majors.
This one is probably familiar to people: I'm going to pull a card and start a story. You then pull a card and keep the story going. The first person stumped has to buy us all drinks. Okay that last part is not in the book, but it certainly is in the spirit of the book.
I would say if you are stumped, start a new story.

It was a clear moonlit night, and I was preparing to grill some lobster, when my golden lab and huskie, who'd been poised to gobble up my mistakes, suddenly froze, like they heard something.
