Thanks,Lelandra, for your insight and information, including the link to T. I think the intended esoteric correspondences are important, along with free meditative/imaginative associations. Not so much either this way or that way as the ART of woven ways. Still, visual inspection shows me how astute you are: RWS King essentially links to GD/Thoth Prince,and RWS Knight essentially links to GD/Thoth King. It is important for the actual visual-symbolic parallelism. And for comparative meditation.
Also, I find it wonderful to make "magic squares" of 16 RWS or GD/Thoth rows of court suits, for instance, Thoth row over Via row over Ancient Egyptian over GD Magical ; this really brings out kinship and contrasts. I suppose a meditative approach would look to the unity of the 16 cards.( Two rows RWS over two rows GD/Thoth works well, too.) You have mastered such visuals. Just a suggested variation.
