What will you do...

Annabelle

Interesting question, and one I've been giving a lot of thought to just recently. It is my hope that my collection remains intact after my death. (I realize that now my collection is on the small side, and not particularly significant in any way . . . but hopefully over the coming years that will change.) I have not yet taken the step of contacting a museum or special collections library, but as I work in a university library it will be very easy for me to discuss the feasibility of the idea with someone who is "in the know" about how these things work.

My significant other has a mild interest in tarot, but in his opinion, the only deck worth having is the Rider-Waite-Smith . . . so it won't hurt him to see the rest go, or at least he claims it won't.

And in the event that I die tomorrow, at least I have a database with price and other information entered for each title . . . so if my family decided to sell them off, they would have a rough idea of which are the most valuable decks.
