Which book should I get?

I'm on Biddy's website and deciding on which book to get. I'm new to tarot card and wishes to learn about it more and doing reading mainly for myself and friends
Should I get the Tarot Foundation 31 days to read tarot in confidence or should I get the ultimate guide to tarot card meanings. Thanks!

If so, I believe I've heard someone here really liked the "Ultimate Guide to Card Meanings".
