For anyone who owns this and has perfected the technique, please advise! Chronata, are you out there?
I'm trying the 9" machine out for the first time, and the rollers aren't applying the two sides of the laminate evenly - in other words, I'm getting wrinkles from the top & bottom material not being completely lined up (one or both rolls must be skewed).
Is there a fool-proof way to separate the top & bottom laminate and then align it perfectly along the side edges? I'm suspecting that's the only way the plastic will apply without wrinkles.
I want to try laminating some paper cards I printed, but until I can get the material to adhere evenly to a piece of plain paper without wrinkles, I'm afraid to try doing my cards.
Interestingly, the roller w/ the permanent adhesive, which comes on the machine worked perfectly! But I don't want STICKY cards, I want LAMINATED cards!!!
