1. Greenwood.....my very personal deck.
2. Robin Wood.....my best reading, good buddy deck.
3. Morgan Greer...the deck with the best colors for psychic flash information.
4. International Icon....ditto, and the simplicity is genius.
5. Gilded....the deck most clients love to pick for readings.
6. Tarot of Transformation....my sink into the pictures and meditate deck.
7. Universal RWS...I've used it so much it is soft and lovely now.
8. Old English....sweet deck, and my introduction to reading a non RWS deck.
9. Halloween...because it always makes me smile.
10. Vacchetta...so beautiful, and readable. Hard pick between the Soprafino or the Vacchetta...but the people in the Vacchetta are so charming and talkative.

Hmm. I can only think of six. These are all decks I use and will continue to use. There are others I have and like but have not used enough to say one way or another.

This is harder to do than I thought. I am not reading heavily at the moment, I am not altogether sure from a reading standpoint which are my top 10, but these are the decks I would not want to give up.

Though, when I finally get the Anna K and the Llewellyn, they'll most likely displace a couple of the last 3.

This year...

Not much has changed; I would probably swap out the Legend and the Universal Waite for the Grail and either the Sacred Circle or the Medieval Scapini. No, I haven't got anything new from the wish list... And the others near the bottom of the list, I use rarely, but I'd keep them for reasons of my own.

To revert to a part of this thread from a few pages back, what do they say about my personality? Well, mainly, that I'm nostalgic and want to hang on to ones that I've had longest; also that I'm character-driven, and the top 3 and the Arcus all have such individual people on them that they facilitate storytelling for me; and for the SoG and the K-H, that I love quirky arcane symbolism. And the traditionalist in me has a blast with both the Halloween in its modern associations, and the Grail and Med. Scapini in their medieval ones. As for the Arthurian Hallowquest, it's in a class by itself.

If I could throw in an oracle, though, and add it to the list (instead of substituting it for something else), the combined Well-Worn Path/Hidden Path would be it. And this shows, along with the Hallowquest and the Grail, that I take both Christian and Pagan mysticism seriously.
