This is exactly in line with what I did - giving it back to the one that was doing wrong and not only to do with one situation either. A long time coming. Smirking from ear to ear after a woman has been attacked does not quite cut it in my books.

When he learns to do right by others and a better job with people - all will be restored.

I've had experience with this kind of negative energy before. Once when we had the "neighbors from Hell" who were really nasty to us, once when a devious, undermining person at work was after my job, and once when a boss treated me unfairly. My wife used the "three-fold law" on them, returning their negative energy thrice over. In the first case, the couple split up and moved out within a year (turns out they were toxic to one another too); in the second case, the individual did get my job ( I wasn't far from retirement anyway), but he wound up being dead-ended in another branch of the company; in the third case, the boss wound up involved in a serious corporate blunder, received a formal reprimand in his management dossier, and was later transferred. Hooray for payback (oops, I mean "just desserts")!

He may never learn. Meantime you're walking a tightrope until you feel you can let go.

of course, one can do daily (or occasional, but daily is better) practice to help strengthen and maintain a healthy aura and 'shield' .... 'personal magical circle', 'sacred space' , whatever one chooses to call it. At first it can be trained to repulse things, like a shield. more advanced is the idea of absorption, balance, negation - but that comes a LOT later .
There are magical exercises in the western tradition like 'The Rose Cross Ritual' , 'The Pentagram Ritual', etc and in other traditions; Buddhism (esp. Tibetan ), Vedanta, etc .

Ditto this - and I do use mirrors. Rather like mirrors.

Hmm - I don't know what I'd do in your situation.
I might or might not report her. I would certainly do some sort of ritual to block/break-off my energetic contact with her and send her on her lofty way.

I think you and Think are right. That's my gut tells me too. Just stay away and leave it to the universe who always knows how best to restore things thank you!
