The XIII is the gringonneur's death (Tarot de Charles VI)
All the cards, in the deck have the titles printed (It is why I think the deck is made of cut of prints)...

So in the book they have the fancy borders, but the cards are more plain ?

You say they are dated to 1994. The Atelier du l'arcu di sole
does not seem to be locatable on the Internet.

Perhaps they were a small edition produced by the artist/author
and sold under this imprint. Sadly, they do not seem to have
made much impact on the Tarot world.

It would be good to have a complete set of scans of the cards.
