It has been 6 days since I hurt my ankle...and I can't wait until it is
completely "not" sore anymore! I don't think it helped it much when I went
out shopping the other day!!!
So, I am keeping it elevated a lotand still using ice but not as much because it is colder here now. brrrrrrr.
Has anyone used that pain reliever called "Activon?" ...the one on tv that
you roll on? Sounds like it might help...but not sure.
