Help with Rune Translation

Ica'rus

Howdy! I was told this might be the best place to post this.

I am looking for some help with transliterating a quote from Old Norse/Icelandic to Runes, but I do not know the phonetics that well to do it.

The following is stanza 95 from Havamal, Prose Edda.

Hugr einn þat veit
er býr hjarta nær
einn er hann sér um sefa
øng er sótt verri
hveim snotrum manni
en sér øngu at una

Only the mind knows
what lives near the heart;
a man is alone with his own spirit.
There is no sickness worse
for any wise man
than to have nothing to love.

The language should be old norse or icelandic, and it'd be translated to Younger Futhark (Elder Futhark was used with Proto-Norse which are both much older).

I would appreciate ANY help with this! I am attempting to do it myself but not doing well. I don't know the pronunciation of Scandinavian languages (esp old). I know a little German but that's not close enough.

Thank you =D
