Lo Scarabeo's "Tarot of the Master" OOP?

Alaya

The Lo Scarabeo's Tarot of the Master was said to be OUT OF PRINT in The Tarot Garden. Can anyone confirm?

Last winter Llewellyn had this big sale where they sold off many deck titles for $5.00.
I've noticed that some of those decks seem to be no longer available.
Like the Tarot of the Master and Ancient Tarot of Marseilles are no longer listed for sale in my latest Llewellyn catalog.
I also noticed that the large version of the Gnomes deck is not in there.
They have a mini version but no more large.
At the time of the sale I purchase the above three decks and also Bologna, Liguria-Piedmont and Lombardy.
These three are still listed as available.
But who knows, maybe not for long.

I got mine a couple of months ago from Alida, I didn't think it was out of print.

I wonder if Jeannette or RiccardoLS can shed some light on this?

Yes, I think there is some question as to whether Tarot of the Master has actually been discontinued OR simply is no longer being distributed in the States.

I still have seen copies in the current Königsfurt catalogue.

A deck can be OOP from the publisher, and still have unsold copies in distribution. Once they are sold, their will be no more.

I know that some deck should - soon - go OOP, but the Tarot of the Master is not going to be one of them.

It may be possible that they have been discontinued by Lleweellyn and we don't know yet about it. I'll check.

Best,
