The Medicine Cards feature 9 Shield styles, and these conform to a numerological correspondence, where when reduced to 1 through 9 the shields all will match. Such as: 7, 16, 25, 34, 43, and 52 all being Sevens. Though the book offers little explanation of the Shields, and says nothing of the (very prominent) numbers, does anyone find these two quite significant factors thought provoking?
