Mexican Tarot?? Loteria deck

I might just have to crack open my own deck and see if I can device it into a sort of tarot deck... though I hear they would probably work better as an oracle deck, I know nothing on what to do with Oracle decks. I first heard of them here at AT and I've not been here that long. I'll have to do a little research
