Hope you're having a relaxing Monday night. I tuned in a little while ago and I'm going to type up what I got. I hope it makes sense!

The first sensation that came up was in your solar plexus. I got a swelling feeling, like it was expanding, but at the same time a coldness at the back. So the back of the chakras is about your ability to receive. To me this means that you're not allowing praise, help and wellbeing into your experience right now. For some reason, you are not allowing yourself to receive a helping hand perhaps. The solar plexus is about ego, personal power and confidence. It's the responsibility and reliability section. I feel this means your taking on a lot of responsibility and not accepting help to deal with matters at hand. Of course being a new mum again isn't easy, but are you being overly critical of yourself and trying to do it all. Are you rebuffing your partner perhaps when he tries to help because he can't do it as well as you, or how you like things to be done. It's the centre of control, so the swelling could indicate that you are trying to control how everything runs here and that this is resulting in some personal conflicts, and if it's not yet it will!
*** Hmmm interesting that you mentioned the solar plexus! I've been working on an exercise that was part of the divination exercises on the forum.. the warm up and warm down ones... When I'm visualising the solar plexus opening up... i've noticed that I was a bit distracted or it took a while to visualise a flower opening up. So thanks for that! Will speak to my energeic healer about that...
***Not sure about not allowing a helping hand/s in... i'm totally open for anyone to help out with the family lol..My partner has been ok. Yeah there is an element of oh you're not doing things with the new bubba that I would (Ie feeding him a bottle like I do). But I've let that go... and my reasoning is... If Dad is doing it... i get a break lol... Kinda deal.
***The control thing is there generally speaking, as in things need to be done so the house hold functions (school uniforms / food shopping blah blah). There hasn't been any major conflcits ... but thanks for the heads up.
This is a powerful chakra that allows you to transform inertia into action, so you're doing, doing, doing and meeting every challenge, but the cold spot in your back is a warning that you cannot give from an empty cup. The main challenge of the solar plexus is about using your personal power in a balanced manner, so I feel there might be a warning here from your guides about how you're using your power in your family dynamics. People with over energised solar plexuses can have emotional outbursts that are unwarranted and can often be super stressed out.
*** Yep, totally aware I can't give from an empty cup. The balanced thing / being balanced in all areas of my life has come up a lot for me in the past month.... My partner also mentioned this.... Also needing to get an 'energy balance' from the energetic healer i see... got an appt booked so that's all good lol. But yes, the emotional outburst from being stressed out (especially in the morning! getting 3 people ready is totally there lol!
The main message of the solar plexus chakra is: You have the power to choose.
The next thing that hit me was a splitting headache. Did you hit the back of your head on something? Or do you just have a headache? It could indicate a blockage of your crown chakra and the need to meditate (good luck with a new bubba!!). Simply wearing a stone that is linked to the Crown chakra can help, such as amethyst as I feel like this will not only help calm you but also increase your link to your divine source.
*** I had a few headaches a few weeks ago. Probably more sleep deprivation than anything else... BUT what does resonate is the need to meditate! I have a daily meditation I had been doing quite regularly on the bus, on the way to work. When I found out I was pregnant, I stopped doing the meditation.... TOTALLY need to get back into that... it's a guided meditation that I really enjoy....
Also... awesome about mentioning the amethyst! I recently (as in the past 2 -3 days) put my amethyst necklace back on.... (a crystal on a chain) I felt drawn to wear it again when I started doing more readings on the forum...
***Also... not sure if it's JUST a month old baby reflexes but my Son always grabs the crystal... it's funny... I was told long before he was born / concieved that he would be a spiritual person... so maybe the crystal is calming for him to hold... (getting a bit hippy git here lol

I also got a strong knot in my throat which indicates two things - unshed tears and not living or speaking your truth. When you swallow your words, anger, and reactions all the time this can cause blockages in your throat chakra. Another thing that popped into my mind is that you are purposely ignoring a problem that is blatantly obvious, that you know is happening right beneath your nose, but you're not willing to look at right now.
***Hmmmm the throat chakra. Yeah.. i have been avoiding communicating with someone. Ignoring them and in essence swallowing words. However, communicating with this said person isn't a good thing for me and there isn't much to explore. Somethings are better left unsaid... BUT i can see how holding on to that i causing blocks. (need to release that..)
Reconnecting with your divine guidance will help you deal with this situation. Pretending it's not happening isn't going to make it okay, and eventually the Universe will smack you over the head with it if you keep ignoring it. Trust me. It sucks.

I got the image of a mirror in the bedroom (you know, those closet sliding doors that are mirrored) and pulling white curtains over it. So again, we have the message that your hiding away from something. In Feng Shui mirrors are bad luck when they face the bed as this adds a third party energy to the bedroom.
***ooooh! Our bed faces a mirror. And my daughters bedroom. And it always felt a lil creepy.
I get the feeling this is a message about your relationship and something that's been bothering you that you're not bringing up - is it a nagging mother-in-law, or sister-in-law?
*** Oh yeah, this was some family stuff that came up around the birth of our son. My partner was a tad sensitive over some stuff that he perceived.
Somehow you're swallowing back and trying to ignore something in your relationship that very much needs to be calmly aired. I'd suggest getting a blue lace agate and pairing it with a sodalite and kyanite before you have this conversation! This will help you speak your truth calmly, without becoming defensive and unwittingly giving offence.
*** It was aired. I like to keep the communication lines open. I probably would have liked to be a bit more blunt about my partner's mother lol but I just listened... which helped my partner. I vented to my friend and mum tho lol! Thanks for mentioning the stones. I might have to get some and keep them with me..... good to have on hand
I'm also getting the sensation of wings coming out of the back and spreading out which to me is a sign that you need to rise above it. Step back and look at this situation with a bird's eye view and also "rise above" in the literal sense of being a bigger person about this.
*** lol - yeah, I did 'rise above it' and just listened to my partner. I thought the situation was so petty. But it was real and annoying for my partner...
The words to that old nursery rhyme "star bright, star light, first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight" popped into my head.
** I love stars! Stars / night... all things I love a lot.
I wonder if perhaps it's a good idea to set yourself some time at the next full moon on 18 August to do a gratitude journal and ritual for all the things you're grateful for. I wonder if perhaps you've been wishing and yearning, which only puts the energy of wishing and yearning out into the Universe. Perhaps writing your wish as if it was already yours and expressing gratitude for it might help it manifest quicker. Plus, it's also good to feel gratitude
ooooo! Yes, this is great. I usually do a manifesting ritual on the full moon (which falls on my b/day this year! ) I do like the feel of writing a wish as if it was already mine and expressing gratitude is an awesome idea! Thanks for that!
