I read the excerpt of the book and I liked it's easy to understand tone. I just ordered a copy. I am looking forward to reading it.
I saw a show about these people, the Cathars, on German television a while back and I found the story fascinating. It seems like the end of the story was that fifty something of these Cathars escaped. Some made their way to the Knights Templar, I think it said, but I am no historian, don't quote me on that.
Anyway, fact, or a hodgepodge of tails, I find these people interesting. After I read this book I hope to read the other mentioned here. I am sure I will end up with food for thought, and knowing a lot more than I used to!
