Umm I wanted to give you a good news but I think there are more confusions and the rest of the month shall be somewhat burdensome. Things will not be clear and they will also be twisted and nothing will actually make any sense in terms of romance. I see a Full stop with the Cross in middle, there is some patience required to resolve the current issues, the complications along with uncertainties tell you to be careful and do not make any haste.

Interestingly enough, I did a reading of my own for comparison, which also picked up on there maybe being some delays/anxiety around communication.
My reading also made it seem like soon that would end and if nothing else, an invitation would eventually be receievd.

Whip birds tower feels like this is related to the past , or rather to a situation with a person i have had a powerful interaction with and have felt very isolated and confused by when i had to deal with it alone. The tower could also present the institure where the talks took place..

I have a very strong feeling she is my soulmate. It true i am focusing on dealing with my anxieties around this. i want to chose to create acceptance that for now she choses not to be with me...I am not on speaking terms with her anymore( not that we had an argument or so..)

My first though is that no, H's purpose in your life isn't done. H is shown by the man at the center, which to me means that he has been and likely currently still plays an important role in your life and in your current learning.

Storks + Flowers: I think that in the past H helped to bring about many positive changes in your life, and may have helped to awaken you to different kinds of happiness/joy/pleasure that are around you

Dog + Rider: H has likely been a steadfast and loyal figure in your life, but there may be changes that have been set in motion with him here (perhaps a change from the relationship being of a romantic nature to one that is a friendship?). With the Rider ending the spread, I think that there is still more for you to learn from H during/after these changes.

I can tell with the Clouds/Mice you are stressed out a bit and/or worried about your current state. You may be at a standstill in your life right now, and it's ok. The Clover I think symbolizes taking more chances! With it being next to the House I would say it has to do with the family life. Don't get so comfortable ... I think it's that comfort that you have going on now that has you all confused. Step outside for a minute! I think you need to put your book now or whatever it is that is taking your time right now ... put it down and let it wait for you. Socialize. Socialize with friends, family, people close to you ... and perhaps your guides. Ask them for a bit of guidance, and see where that leads you!
