This is rather a long complex issue since 2015 june and im targetted due to telling this male I didnt want to go on a date with him. I am constantly speaking to the police. Its become stalking and dangerous. I honestly dont know what to do after recent incidents other to record for evidence as I have been doing. I am just so unsure what to do as tonight I'm awaiting the police to arrive. I know I need to move but that is a case of finding somewhere suitable and funds. police are very aware of it.as a single woman living alone with no tenant living below me due them being deceased he feels he can intimidate and harass me and I wont report it. I've reported him kicking his cat in frustration recently and contacted RSPCA due to it. its unbelievable what is going on and I hardly believe it myself yet I have recordings proof.He states he knows I'm not dating and he knows my friends wont visit due to him.

The Sun -- I see this is as everything will be ok I just have to have patience if not. the sun showing the need to move somewhere else to get away from it all.

I worry daily for my own safety. I am in mediation with this neighbor he bangs my wall kicks my door puts cat poo on doormat now. ive refused to let him in my flat he knocked my door in july 2am asking to come in. I said no he was arrested.

feels its not good enough why isnt this man in jail.if I had a boyfriend a husband I would feel safe I cant find anyone to date I am stuck.

Sticking absolutely to the question, how can you get rid of him? Three of Water says to me, "have lots of witnesses around you. Keep friends with you at all times". WITNESSES is the keyword for me. The more witnesses, the better your chances with the police.

You must take notes on every tiny thing he does - record EVERYTHING. This Page always has a message. Write down all of the things he does, the times they happened, the witnesses to the scene, the police intervention, and submit it to the landlord. (I hope you are not the owner of the place - if you are, get a legal aid lawyer who can work on a sliding income scale, and break his lease!)

I see the Sun here as saying "expose everything he does and says if you want to be rid of him". The Sun allows everyone to see, in broad public daylight, what is going on.

this reading suggests to me that you need to have people around at your place, ready to act if he disturbs you (three of cups). you need to burn him somehow (sun). like maybe there's some sensitive information that can be shared with the landlord or with the police. i almost get that maybe someone in your social circle knows him and can divulge this information to you. and you may run into this person at a gathering. something of that nature will get the message across that you are not putting up with his childish fury (page of rods).

as well, you might arm yourself with fire as the page of rods has done ie. buy a firearm.

first of all, general advice before the interpretation. You said you were recording incidents, that is really good for evidence and for your safety. Make sure you log everything like all events. date and time and how long it lasts and what he says and does. Audio record from your place and also if you can, get cameras. Can you have a camera on your front door? but yes try to keep evidence as much as possible, take photos of anything he does. My best friend and her hubbie had an awful situation with someone downstairs from them and he scratched death threats in the communal lift (elevator). The police were completely uninterested because there was no camera and he didn't name them in the threats, they could not show it was him But I am glad the police are coming out for you and looking out for you but you are still having problems with him! But yes evidence keeping, so important, logging, videos, audio, everything!

I think Padma is totally right that we have to keep to the question strictly, this isn't advice about what to do or should you move away? this is how do you get rid of him so you can live safely and in peace!

Three of water - Looking at the card picture, the 3 people partying and socialising are Foxes, they bang their Cups together in the middle of the group. This says to me that you need to be cunning and maybe a little sneaky here but it involves other people and you cannot do this by yourself. I am not sure if you could constantly have different friends and family with you, so that there is always witnesses for whatever he does. But look at the Foxes expressions, they bang the cups together after doing something successful and sneaky, like setting the guy up! Be really careful but that's how I see that.

Another idea about this, you said you wished you had a partner or a husband because you would feel less vulnerable really as he seems to target you. Could you have a male friend play being your boyf (especially one who looks intimidating). I know you said your friends won't come around anymore Second idea, can you have a recording of people talking, to play in your place if you feel vulnerable and he is outside or skype with friends and he can hear other voices around. Almost "trick" the idea of more numbers around you.

Page of Fire- I think maybe this cute little guy is a Raccoon. There he stands like the traditional RWS Page looking out on the world. He looks confident with the barren landscape all around for him to set out and explore. I think all 3 cards for your outcome are very positive that you will find a way to end this and get him out. This card is like have confidence of that, you will find a way, you won't have to deal with this forever, now explore ways to do it. This page has a lot of energy to do something but often can't develop it into actually doing something. I am not sure if this represents him, you or someone you know who can help. However as advice to get rid of him, you need to keep positive and confident that you will succeed and look for a new direction or path for you to take. This Page is an explorer but you have to keep developing a plan.

The Sun - In this card we see a Mother Fox and her kids in a beautiful garden, full of sunflowers and lovely things. She is well dressed and looking after the 2 kids who seem to be dancing around with joy. On the back wall, out of the garden is a raccoon or one of those grey monkeys perhaps? He is shut out of the picture and not in the "walled garden" and doesn't look happy. The people in the garden look very happy. I think he will be shut out somehow, like maybe you will have to get a legal court order to not let him within a certain distance of you. Perhaps he will be removed from his place near you? Does he rent? sometimes if the agency or landlord who owns / manages a home finds out about a tenant's behaviour, they will remove them.

I think you will find a cunning way to get rid of him from being near you but it will involve family, friends and / or the local community. He will be shut out from ever coming near you and he doesn't look happy in the sun picture, however it looks like your life will be less affected by him. But with that Page you need to develop the plans from the first idea and explore every avenue possible!

I am trying to get witnesses as before no one wants to visit. Skype is helpful so is CD idea voices I have noise on a lot. Sun card he seems to vanish daytime now do I feel with Sun card its when I must utilise time.
I feel angered as I want peace. Friend to act as boyfriend..no issue just lost male friend. He fancied me and refused friendship. Anymore. I always thought he was safe and not straight oops..as he us catty showy I had no idea. Then he became the page rude abusive and childish personal insults fun. I tried to be a friend but the personal insults started to cut deep till I said no.
Fire and firearms cant in UK. I do keep baseball bat and attack alarm. I'm always armed. Hockey stick when putting rubbish out.
Cups 3 I keep 2 on altar but meeting people Monday landlords.
We cant contact him to mediate the page being immature, sulky.fire link he smokes a lot of wrong stuff. He is a known criminal who rents from landlord. I rent but elsewhere. I'm awaiting landlords here mine to install government recording equipment soon. Ombudsmen so more involved.

Hi MizGrace, this is much more than anti social, this is active threatening and putting you in danger. If someone tries to get in your home by force (kick the door in), it's not anti social, it's a crime.

Given that it's the Bohemian Animals deck and your first card is about company, is it possible to get a (big) dog? You need protection of other people - or animals - around. 3 Water is very decidedly about company, groups, surrounding yourself and connecting with others. Is there a support group in the area for people who have encountered domestic abuse, for example? I know this does not strictly count, but you are being harrassed by someone in your social circles and that's close enough. Maybe people of that type of counselling services could give you tips what to do and how to protect yourself?

The Sun tells "expose him". You're already recording everything, good. Get the cameras asap. Could you get him to know you're recording? When he comes to your door, can you make it obvious you're collecting data - such as speak loudly on the phone to someone (the police? family member?) to let him know he's being watched. Raise the issue with his landlord. He's not condoning to the rules of tenants, i.e. he should not cause trouble, nuisance or noise and he actually should be evicted. Could you have motion sensor lights at your door, or a loud siren on you/at the door? Security shops sell portable sirens that start ear-breaking wailing if you pull the pin (if attacked or threatened), that could scare him off next time from your door. I used to have one when I moved abroad on my own at the age of 20.

The Page of Fire is a bit more tricky. Fight fire with fire is a good advice, but then again, it might irate him more. It could mean, though, that if you project yourself as someone who'll fight back (as you are doing now), he's less likely to try anything more forceful.

I think the main things are try not to be alone (or seen to be alone) and expose him the best you can. Stay safe and I hope you manage to get rid of him soon! That's simply horrible

i don't take the sun to mean he might win. i take it to mean you scorch him. somehow. you may try contacting his landlord, or have a 3rd party contact his landlord to tell them about who this person is to whom they're renting. you may also try staying with friends for awhile. that could be another interpretation of the 3 cups. are you able to get a "non-molestation order" in the UK? version of a US restraining order. as well, firearms are illegal. and then there's hackney.
