Thanks to everyone who took the time to explain the DotW Daily Draws/Readings threads! Again, I'm still a newbie here, and I just didn't know what to expect. I'm really glad that everyone is being so helpful, even though I ask a lot of silly questions.
If I could ask another thing of you guys, though: would you mind giving me some feedback on the Deck Interview I conducted for my Japanese Myth Tarot? (It's posted in full on the Daily Draws thread. And I do have a link to the photo I took of the spread.) I realize it's a little long, so if you feel overwhelmed with it or just don't have time, don't worry. It would be nice to get other perspectives and learn from you all, though! ^_^
Besides that, I'm learning a lot about my deck, which is terribly exciting! I'm currently working on a project of translating the explanation sheet (like a LWB, but it's a folded piece of card-stock with pictures and stuff) and annotating it with explanations of the links between the cards and myths the author chose to link with them. I'm learning so much about BOTH the Tarot and the mythology! They're mutually reinforcing, and I'm getting a much deeper understanding as I pore over the cards and think about the messages these stories can offer us.
Plus, the illustrations are just gorgeous! I just get so drawn in... ^_^
