Intensive Deck Study - Newly Started

My husband is feeling much better, and went to work. Hopefully all will go well for him. Thank you all for your concern. I was able to get some studying done this morning, and hope to complete the threes today.

Here are the Two of Pentacles - Yellow Dock and Two of Swords - Passionflower.

I find your Herbal information very interesting. It may be something I need to look into. I really want a couple of things to dissolve from my life, and I want to use natural medicine for that. The herbs might be just the thing I'm looking for.
I'm also very drawn to this deck, but you knew this already

Thank you DivineGoddess. I have studied herbs since I was about 6 years old. My mother taught me from a very young age. It is rare that I use any meds from a pharmacy. I will PM the info you asked for.

I have added the Three of Wands - Saffron and the Herbal Tarot - Three of Cups - Trillium.

I did my very first two readings on Animals Divine deck, and I must say it was actually a bit harder than I thought. There are so many factors to take into account when interpreting the card. However, since it's an animal deck, I want to make sure I add the meaning of a certain animal being present there. (One of them said they found it insightful and good, so I guess no problems there...just my own self-doubt or something)

DivineGoddess, I'm glad the studies have helped you. I definitely think my IDS studies have improved my interpretations of the cards when I'm doing readings. I have found so much information on the symbols used in each deck. And each deck is definitely individual in it's symbols.

I have now posted the 4 of Wands - Fennel Seed. It's nice to have the time to concentrate on my studies again. I'm going to see if I can get the Fours done today.

Isn't that kind of the point of IDS ? But you're absolutely right, even if it is RWS based deck, it still has its own symbolism. That might be what I'm lacking on my Celtic Dragon deck..I would have thought to have used it since having the complete deck again but I haven't. I don't think even once, or maybe just once. So many decks needing my attention now, I get confused !

As for Animals Divine, well apparently it reads nicely though even if I'm self-conscious about it. Regardless, I love the deck. If it keeps reading this well, I won't have any problems with it either .

I noticed with this deck that it has the RWS symbols, but then the herbal information ties into the card as well. Atleast most of the time. Each deck that I have studied is so very different. Celtic Dragon was RWS, and I have found it to be so very different from the Herbal Tarot deck.

I have now posted the 4 of Cups. I would love to be able to get done with the fours and fives today. We'll have to see how things go.

also my IDS wa suposed to be finished by december =P but Im very slow aparently haha , I dont care , it will last as long as it has to last , it is just so great for me , so dramatic , a little bit twisted , slightly tragic and dark , calm and quiet , with an aura of fantasy but very crude and realistic , no sugar coated at all...

to tell you the thruth , this may be the closest thing to THE deck

Thank you, my husband is MUCH better. He's back working like nothing happened. I would have preferred him to stay home another day. Oh well, he know his body.

I enjoyed your posts. Although you should be careful with what words you put in your posts. The last word in the Chariot, could get you into trouble with the mods.
