I haven't seen mentioned the Alchemy 1977 England Tarot. I see it fit for a Halloween reading too.

I think my Tyldwick will make an appearance this Halloween as well. It isn't spooky in the way Bohemian Gothic or other dark decks are. But it is spooky in a different way. With no people around, you get the feeling you are all alone in an old mansion that has a long history and ghosts lurking around every corner.

I looked over my deck purchases for 2013, not one new spooky deck in the lot -- aside from the Bohemian Gothic 3rd edition purchased yesterday. I'll be celebrating this Halloween with my tried and true Kipling West Halloween Tarot (in a tin). I love the smaller size of this version. :)
