Yes, agree that horary certainly has its uses but not, I fear, for all cases. (Lilly and his stolen fish always makes me smile).
I wouldn't class this as astrological divination 'proper'. They are tarot readings & use the powers of the tarot. My interest was caught by the (apparently) unexplained nature of a sudden drop in understanding for a few readings. I think the difference is at least partly explained by the effects of transits to the natal placements - this isn't divination at all though.
