Was it just the major arcana which only had 22 cards or was it a full deck of 78? This may also help narrow it down somewhat.

Full 78 cards deck. I also think the reverse illustration was something like an image of space and the symbol of triple goddess on it, but the three 'disks' were made of real photos of the Moon!
