Sometimes you do need to have a break from things. Be it cards, people, situations, stepping back and getting perspective is always useful.
My first deck has often been put aside over the years but when I need a story it is still there.
So my advice would be put your deck aside, in a safe place, because if you discard it you may regret it later.
Take some time to find a new deck that you resonate with. The images will speak to you and be more than just book learnt meanings.
There are So many decks out there that I feel instinct is the only way to choose!
