Here are the instructions from paypal:

To cancel a Payment Agreement on a merchant-by-merchant basis:

1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.

2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.

3. Click the "Pay List" link in the Financial Information column.

4. Find the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel.

5. Click on the merchant's name or email address.

6. Click the "Cancel" link.

Thank you for the heads up on this. I just successfully removed five potential nightmares from this list. The maximum charge was set at $500! Oy vei.

My Account ==> Edit Profile

That would be the way to empty out your checking account!
Like I said, I have no idea how I ended up in that agreement with them - and it might be something that we all should do from time to time, to make sure that there aren't any nightmares waiting for us...
