Autumn Spice
I have been playing with UF a lot lately so I thought I´d post a picture. I love the size of it now.
Beautiful!

Some people swear by a 3mm corner rounder. It's probably subtler. But I have found that a 5mm one is easier to find, much cheaper and basically all you'll ever need.
If you want to keep the corners intact (like with the Thoth, or some Marseille historic reproductions), fine grit sandpaper will blunt the edges without losing the square corner look.
I use a 2.5mm Zutter for TdM decks because all I want to lose are the hurty points of the corners and at this size I keep the rectangular effect. Also, the Noblet is quite a small deck and I thought that if I took too much off the corners they'd start to look - not quite right.
For RWS I tend to go with the size of the cards; Inner Child has very large cards and needed much more of a bite out of the corners than the Karma Tarot (which just looks so much better without those huge titles at the bottom!)
I did my Noblet with 5mm too. I think it looks pretty natural, like it was made this way. The cutter did a really good job; they are smooth and perfect. I found a pic from when I did it - the little nipped-off corners kind of look like tiny birds.
That said, I'm holding out for 3mm or even 2mm for my Daniloff and Madenie. I like how Wu phrased it as keeping the rectangular effect. The cheapest I've found the cutters is $35-$40 though! Has anyone found a less expensive cutter in the dinky sizes?

I thought about using scissors and taking off just the very point of the corner, but I know in my heart that I will be unhappy if the cards are not even.
Noblet looks good!
NO scissors!!! .... Especially if you will end up mad at yourself that they are not even.
I have looked for for a 3mm corner rounder too. I couldn't find anything less than a 5mm at Amazon.
